[Q] How to tweak the ROM?

Hello guys

Are there any Fairphone compatible apps you an tweak ROM, i.E. disable IPv6? I am eyeing on Pimp My Rom, http://www.addictivetips.com/android/pimp-my-rom-the-best-android-tweaks-in-one-app-guide/

But this article is pretty old. Any clues?

Xposed has no module to disable IPv6

Thank you, I already have it installed. But it looks like it does not have any modules to disable IPv6. That's my goal here.
