Mh strange. After i needed to wipe and begin from scratch, i don't get to work my ASOP Keyboard agai.
I install my LatinIME.apk, move Swype.apk away and copy LatinIME.apk as Swype.apk to /system/app/

But as soon as i restart the phone i got constant crash messages. Until i install the APK again, then it works.
But then i reboot and..

I don't see the problem now.

I got the same problem with ai.type.
Make sure you download the newest version of your keyboard, only move it to /system/app named as Swype.apk. Then restart your Phone and navigate again to /system/app/Swype.apk and now you install it. Works for me perfectly fine now Hope it also helps you.

Xerx

Fortunately I had 3.5.0 out of the box and installed google services without downgrade. But now I want to upgrade the firmware and the Settings tab just says "Last update failed" leaving me with 3.5.0. Upgrading from a file doesn't work as well, Settings tab can't see the firmware file in the home folder.
Please help.

Yeah - are you using Windows 8 or newer? Then you have do deactivate signed drivers in your PC an choose the right one for adb (they are unsigned)
