How can I add an iptables module to a Fire TV 2?

You do know the Fire runs Android, and NOT Linux right?
If that answer is somehow unsatisfactory to you, than might I suggest you at least start with a Terminal Emulator.

I would have also assumed you have already rooted your AFTV2? 'cause if you hadn't, this will be a very short conversation.

Yes, but it runs the linux kernel version 3.10.61+ and iptables version 1.4.20.

Amazon provides kernel source. If there is a module that is missing, you'll have to compile it yourself.
