I can pm if better, but I am kinda stuck.. I have a v700 running lollipop I am trying to kdz back to stock because from what I've read I need to be on kk to install a recovery. I am currently trying to use the v400 method with no luck.. I'm trying it again in a bit when I get home.. Need to make sure I had the right driver installed.. Does it sound like I'm on the right track?? I'm also a little confused by "bump",but I will cross that road if I ever get to it.. Many thanks.

Yes from what I've you need to be on kitkat bootloader as well, which driver did u install by the way? Back in the time I wrote a tutorial on how to downgrade it, its probs the same for v700 but with different kdz file. Here's the tutrial: http://forum.xda-developers.com/andr...stock-t3297045 , you might want to try this tool to get kdz, unelss you have it already. http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1073827

I've found what appears to be the KitKat firmware for V700 -> https://mega.nz/#!EAAFjJaA!yanL5ZAn-...kfskTdt5_O-azs

This is where I found it so obviously no guarantees as to its authenticity.

Edit :: Found a more reliable link to KitKat firmware from 4PDA -> https://yadi.sk/d/Sgz1VGjOf8mzT

Edit 2 :: My mirror for the 4.4.2 KDZ from 4PDA (hit the blue oval button to download, not the other one)

To be honest it's only up to your personal preference, all the ROMs for v400 I build are simmilar, differenciated by certain features, eg for now CandySiX is the only ROM for v400 that supports Substratum so if you want stubstratum you go for it.

So, I'm reading around the forums since I'm picking a V410 off of a buddy today, and I'm trying to figure out if I can flash v400 recoveries and Roms on it. I don't plan on using the LTE. Just curious, thanks
