Good to see another rom for harpia. After the bomb of CyanogenMod shutdown, is good to ear some good news.

I know this is a newbie question but want to ask that if I flash over the [ROM][7.1.1][harpia] CyanogenMod 14.1 for Moto G Play - then do I necessary have to Format/wipe System? What If I just wipe davik/ cache?

I don't want to re-install all the apps as this takes a lot of logins, configurations.. etc...

Thank a bunch!

You will have to wipe system while flashing a new ROM. About the apps, have you tried using Titanium Backup?
