I have the same problem, I have a Motorola that in the back says XT1924-7 type and imei, but in fastboot mode it says hannah XT1601 32GB P3.
I already tried to repair it with rescue and smart assistant and it does not recognize it, I tried another motorola and if I recognized it, I installed the stock rom of XT1924-7 and it does not go beyond the logo
