@ace2nutzer: OK, I will measure the current on a lower battery level. I connect the phone for test purposes on my Laboratory power supply at work. Tody the phone only drawed 192mA in all modes, even if charge control was disabled. Tomorrow I will test again.

Is it the same for everybody? What can I do with that?
(latest build, f2fs, art. but iit was the same for previous cm11 versions, that was the reason to returned to cm 10.2)

Same here, I am on ext4 with 18/11 build

Usually nothing.. and it's useless.. because ART don't have Dalvik
But for me, i remember me that i've wiped the dalvik on ART.. "just for fun" and then the Phone stuck at CM Logo...
And i can't do nothing .. i can not rescue the System.. only thing was: wipe data ... Therefore i've warning u ....

During this.. (stuck at CM) i've connected the Phone on my laptop with ADB.. and i watch at boot.. the logcat.. i saw many Errors @ Dalvik etc.. very strange.. but since this.. i'll never wipe the dalvik on ART

As i told you several times, this is not a bug, its a feature.
The phone will not charge with more than 600mA when the charger does not qualify as such. Thats why there are chargers with dedicated Apple/Samsung Ports. The identifcation is done via resistors between data+/- and Vbus/GND.

So:
Phone on USB-Port -> 500/600mA max.
Phone on Charger (AC) without identification: 500mA max
Phone with USB-Cable on USB-Charger without identifcation: 500mA max
Phone with USB-Cable on USB-Charger WITH identifcation (Samsung Port): 900mA+ max

The last thing can be accomplished by a simple resistor hack, as i did before and send you via PM (in German language).

Yeez...

Bad hack is shown here:

Wiping Dalvik while using sets the phone back to dalvik (from ART).. (Thats what it did here)
