Why Play store and Google play service will not update in WiFi and only when mobile data is on ?

you have open playstore and then open its setting and select apps update over wifi only then play services and play store wil not update over mobile data

I have changed this setting to "do not auto update apps" but it will auto updates, why ? Can you explain. I have changed setting to do not auto update apps but it will auto update. You can see this in screenshots. I think this setting for other apps which installed through play store not for play store and Google play service itself.

in playstore you stop update apps
but playstore and google play services is blacklisted from that
you cant stop update of these two
cause gapps (google apps) are in your device
they require updated playstore and play services to run/play

Theme isn't working properly , my phone hanged after appling it.

it working well in my s7562
i am not using gapps
also restart device after apply theme

when i record video and pause the recording and againg resume the recording and after stopping when i play it shows like this i have recorder for 30 sec but it shows in hours as you can see in the screenshot and video also stops after some times it was also present in cm11

use camu camera app from playstore

Ok,workaround for this is to change recording codec from H.26x to MPEG-4.
Try it and in the mean time Ill dig for a real fix.

most common error with recordings videos with pac rom in many roms i just switch camera app with camu to fix
h264 codes a bit slow on cm11 and pac rom support is
rarely in some roms cause not a major bug good luck dev to fix this i hope he got success

YouTube doesn't consume battery until i use it and i love the official YouTube app and it's fluidity and, i prefer using stock AOSP or chrome browser and i hate Chinese browser because they come with lot of bloatware which makes the phone slow
