U all can try Wizlconizer app specially for rooted phones to use icon packs in Stock Touchwiz.. ...... This will work in all TW phones..
Search in google for link....Wizliconizer......after installing it......install icon packs from playstore

Theme wont work with Wizlconizer...only icon packs will work bro....try it.....
