Looks like the apps that caused bootloop issues on LOS13 (20170720 build) are fixed with their newer updates, recent ones were WhatsApp and Forza.

I was using LOS 14.1 for two months when WhatsApp got buggy on LOS13. Now it's stable. I think every app that uses latest dev tools are fixed now.
Tried those apps.
WhatsApp, Hike, Greenify Beta are working fine and others are still having issues.
Does it work on I9082L? I installed but got stuck in bootanimation. I know the first boot can be time consuming, but I waited an hour and even then there was no progress. I went back on the twrp, navigated to /data/data/ and saw that there was no content, so no matter what time went by, Android would not start
Latest build has issues, so flash lineage-13.0-20170720 build.
Is paytm and candy camera latest apk are causing bootloop?
Is Paytm v7.1.1(updated 23 May 18) and candy camera v3.35(updated 1 May 18) bootloop issue fixed or not. I heard newer updated apps are not causing bootloop( whatsapp hike) but I am still waiting for those two apps

Candy Camera (v4.35) has been fixed.
Paytm's still have issues with latest version, so tried older version. Concluded that it got no issues until version 6.3.2, it was the last good version.

Try to flash on current recovery. First backup your rom.Stuck in bootloop after latest update
Clean flash + factory reset.. Had to go back to lineage-13.0-20170720 and look for older versions of bootlooping apps..
Any updates on this rom?
Indeed, the problem with boot loop caused by the apps has been resolved (only for apps updated from April onwards), but I realize that rom is very slow with some freezes. @osas514 are you going to solve the boot problem of the last update of lanage 13? Maybe in this version this problem will not appear ...
Help regarding flashing the ROM properly
Hey all,
My Mom's been using the Galaxy Grand Duos for quite a time now.
Recently (3 days ago), something strange happened.
The device's battery was completely drained out. So it was put on charge. But after full charge when I tried to turn it on, it didn't. It was stuck on the SAMSUNG logo for about half-an-hour. But fortunately after an hour it opened up. But to my horror, the wallpaper was changed to default and some contacts were deleted. I couldn't open a single app. Many dialog boxes were popping up showing that the app processes have stopped. When I enter the default recovery mode, I see some kind of error with a DEAD ANDROID. YouTube searches show that it's happening cuz the OS has been corrupted and can be fixed by flashing stock Jelly Bean ROM via Odin. But I think flashing a custom ROM would be way better.
Any suggestions on how I can do what I want properly i.e. install TWRP recovery, flash this ROM without any errors like soft brick?

You can use the odin to flash TWRP 3.1.1 on your Grand Duos, so you can flash Lineage 13 (remember to untick the "auto reboot" option), when it appears the "Pass", you hold Power, Up volume and home to go to the TWRP, and just follow the same instructions (wipe everything except Micro SD, flash system, flash gapps and boot up) but i recommend CM 13.0 https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=457095661767124300 because every time i try to flash Lineage 13, i get stuck at bootloopHey all,

Sometimes wake up causes music stutter
Does not work on 4.1 stock ROM's bootloader, please upgrade to stock 4.2 before flashing
Additionally, Dual SIM has the following limitations (once they work):
Both SIMs are always enabled (no way to disable one SIM)
"Receive incoming call while data is enabled" is always enabled
Installation
Make a backup!
If you were on CM 10.1 or a stock ROM prior to 4.2, upgrade to stock 4.2 first.
Install ClockworkMod recovery with SELinux support. Older CWM will result in a "status 7" error.
Reboot into recovery
If you are using a recovery which mounts /system on boot, unmount it before installing
Wipe data if coming from stock or other ROMs (You may get a "status 7" error if you fail to wipe.)
Install the ROM
Optionally install the Google Apps Addon (In Marshmallow, you MUST flash gapps before booting into the system for the first time or else the proper permissions will not be granted resulting in Setup Wizard crash. If you experience the crash, you will need to do a factory reset.)
To upgrade to a newer build, simply flash the zip. There's no need for data wipe or flashing Google Apps again. (However, if you are experiencing strange issues, you may want to try a wipe.)

2)How to enable root access
Ans:Goto settings-about device and tap on build number 7 times to enable developer option.. Goto developer option Root access and select apps and adb then flash Superuser zip file
3) i cant receive or end calls in full screen but i can in heads up
Ans:Goto settings - apps click on the 3 dot icon and select show system, look for telephone- permission and disable or enable telephone permission to fix it
