Your issues have absolutely nothing to do with TWRP. It's impossible for a recovery to affect the OS.I will wait for stable TWRP, I have experienced with unstable twrp make my device over heat and the battery drain too fast. Rooting file without twrp is still the best right now, I will use twrp when I need to install a custom rom.

You don't need to root at all. I'd suggest not rooting and see how it goes or root with V2.79 as others have reported similar issues after rooting with V2. 82.Thanks for your explanation @ashyx, I will flash the twrp. Do I need root again after flash the TWRP?

It's built with latest source and ramdisk.I just recently update with the August 01, 2017 security patch and it seems not working. Stuck at bootloop
Gonna revert back to stock rom and try again
