2. Install Normally
3. wait for a while a theme installation complete toast will appear.
4. Apply theme from samsung theme manager
3. Restart Device

Installing the apk doesn't do anything for me. I am on J710FN oreo, rooted and app doesn't even show on apps in settings.

Same happened with your previous theme

Bro i have installed it on various Samsung models & its working fine.
Check the steps. wait for a while after installing apk u ll see a toast of theme installation complete. then apply.
might work for you

What do you mean by "toast". I've done all your steps but it's not showing the theme.
