Yes, wpied everything thinks thats the reason, emei is worng now :(

Did You press "format factory" in Mount&Storage in CWM 6.0.4.x?

because it seems that this option erase the IMEI!

You should restore the EFS folder, change kernel or everything else won't solve this problem

Lot of people had problems with that option in CWM and If You don't have EFS folder backup You have to send Your phone in assistance :(

elf partition is mounted by kernel and system, you can try to reflash full factory image and try it out

IM currently running OmniMetal based 4.4.2 rom, what will be the correct or safe way to flash this ROM? i tried some 4.3 based rom but i got failed on TWRP. thanks

Downgrade twrp to the previous version or try different recovery. Latest twrp doesn't work well with jb

    Description
KitBean is a super-slim ROM based on the latest Google Stock firmware (JWR66Y) for Galaxy Nexus.
This is a rooted stock-based ROM with some additions:
    • Super Slim: the great part of the Apps contained in the stock ROM have been removed (You can download them from Google Play Store)
    • FancyKernel: a fast and complete custom kernel that will give new life to your device.
    • Preconfigured: kernel stuff is configured out-of-the-box. You can always change settings with leantweaks (contained in the ROM too)
    • KitKat style: KitKat launcher, keyboard, camera and clock
    • Advanced photo editor: KitKat Photo Editor has been partially ported, there are still some bugs though (See post #2)
    • Super battery life

    Changelog
    V 0.1:
    • Initial version
    • Slimmed down
    • KitKat launcher, keyboard and photo editor
    • LeanTweaks
    V 0.1.1 (update):
    • Added themed dialer by default
    • Switched to Fancy Kernel r43 (ext) which seems to give a better battery life. You can also install the bigmem version, which gives you 65mb of RAM but breaks 1080p video recording.

    All: folder
    Version 0.1 (Beta): DOWNLOAD
Update 0.1.1: DOWNLOAD | Fancy BigMem | Trickster Mod

    FAQ
I have problems with apps crashing. What can I do?
Before reporting a bug, please try to wipe data and reflash the ROM.

    BUGS
    - Still can't port Android 4.4 Emoji to Android 4.3
    - PhotoEditor crashes when adding a frame. Rendering library issue here :(

    Credits
    - Google for the stock firmware and Android 4.4
    - Imoseyon for LeanKernel
    - fireb33 for the base rom
    - Enricocid for the KitKat-style Dialer (see Download page)

Hi Gnufabio, is the rome daily use? Which are the ultimate goals of the rom (stability, speed, battery life...)?

    - Ciao Gnufabio, la rom è usabile giornalmente? Quali sono gli obiettivi finali della rom (stabilità, velocità, autonomia...)? -

I'm downloading right now and will give a try ;)

Of course, it's based on the Stock Google Firmware. This rom is intended to be light, fast and with a good battery life. Everything with KitKat flavor. Give it a try and you won't be disappointed :)
