Been running the alpha build of this rom all day with excellent battery life! The rom is smooth as can be with the included stock kernel :)

It also has the power widget in the pulldown.. oh how I missed this :)

Great work dev :)

Thanks!

If you install the new beta can you please test the settings pacakge, the whole package should not crash but many of the AOSP+ Advanced Device Settings may. You should be able to get to the launcher settings from there. The others will crash because they were made for Nexus S.

Thanks!

hey how did you implement the notification widget in the notification slide down...(trying to port to a sensation rom, just the widgets not the whole rom) Thanks! That will be great and I might give a donation too. :)

You should have sent me a private message about that.

Are you working from source?

Actually...send me a private message please so this thread does not turn into a ROM making thread :)

On that note...anyone try ROM? Would like to get this working before I start on some back end work that can carry over to the devices I can build for...

GSM for now. Will have LTE version as soon as I can clear up some disk space and compile ROM for GSM version.

Message from Developer
Thanks to everyone for all of the support and good words about ROM.

I do not have a Galaxy Nexus and would love to port this ROM over to the GN. I am currently using a Nexus S. So please leave feedback and if you happen to know anyone where I can get an inexpensive Galaxy Nexus please let me know, I am located in USA or if you would like to add to my GN fund then please see my signature :)

Tweaks
Root, busybox, zipalign, multi-language, enhanced power menu, status bar widgets, t9 dialer, Facebook Contact Sync, Screen off volume controls, Lockscreen Music controls, bash, init.d scripts, zip align on boot, unsecured Boot.img, ADB enabled, enhanced launcher settings and so many more...

Update Log
Version 1.3 Galaxy Nexus Beta1- 12-27-2011

More info and what people have to say about this ROM can be found HERE in the Nexus S thread. Please look in the Nexus S for all the ROM info so I am short on time right now and can' do a copy, paste and then clean it up. THANKS!

Cause I am Italian. What happens when you take a plain vanilla ice cream sandwich and add some flavoring to it? You get Neapolitan Ice Cream Sandwich :)

Anyways, I am working on Version 2.0 for the Nexus S and would anyone be willing to help me test the Galaxy Nexus version?

If so you can hit me up on gtalk or here. Same forum name but just add gmail.com :)

Thanks!

I don't know if you know it or not, but CNA is mostly dead. Most of us here love it but we have to discuss other ROMs to resort to.
Then go do it on other the ROM threads. The least all of you so-called CNA-lovers could do is say thanks for the completely FREE-OF-CHARGE service provided thus far. Don't go nailing a new concubine on top of the wife's coffin while the body is still frikkin warm, dude.
    4
Look at what I got peoples. I was close enough where I threw the difference on my credit card hoping I will get enough back before next bill :D

So now I can properly test...
    4
CNA is not dead yet...we are trying to get everything back together. Stay tuned and will have some news later.
