Loving this from so far. Using the 5 soft keys and very happy with overall performance

Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using xda premium

Battery life is not all that great so far.
I'm going to charge to 100% and then wipe the battery stats...

I've done pretty much nothing today, but in 5 hours I'm at 80%.
CPU Spy says that I'm mostly in deep sleep.

I chose interactiveX as the governor, and slightly undervolted every frequency.

I'll keep an eye on this, but has anybody else noticed anything?

I'm having issues with the camera with a clean install of 0.5.0.

The camera kinda works 50/50 of the time. It will stop responding to commands and then work again for now apparent reason. It doesn't FC either. Really weird behaviour.

So the plan IS to ultimately gain the ability to customize which widgets are in the drop down?
Was using Widgetsoid but prefer to have it hardwired into the ROM when possible.

Thanks!

This is a great ROM however the one flaw appears to be the camera app. When you take pictures the app can sometimes hang but not in the traditional sense. You can operate the options and press the button etc however the camera just won't capture the picture. If you press the home button and then go right back into the app, the camera shutter will trigger as soon as you enter the app and the camera will start to work again until this behavior randomly repeats itself.

I take back my battery comments.
I think it is doing the same as compared to previous version of the ROM.
I did notice the same camera problems that somebody else noticed though.

Installed .5.4. Works great but still didn't fix my mms problem. People are still getting blank mms from me and I even reinstalled gapps. Any ideas?

Great update. I love how tidy the Settings page is, now.

If I could request a feature: Boot sound support! :)

I use the GLaDOS kernel with the Aperture boot screen... I just need to hear that turret say, "Activated, I don't hate you" every time I boot my phone to feel like a million bucks. ;) lol

Bluetooth file sharing isn't working properly. Tested it with my pyramid and vision and neither could send my nexus files but they could send to each other without the slightest issue.

Although, one thing I wouldn't mind having looked into...

I've always had difficulties, on every ROM, with the email client (4.0.1, 4.0.2, and 4.0.3)
I have two email accounts -- one exchange (work), one hotmail. If I have no emails in either inbox (I keep them clean, lol), and I run combined view, it'll crash the client. However, if I have emails in the inboxes, the email won't crash.

Why would that be? Please help. I love the combined view, but if I open it from combined view and I've got an empty inbox, it's really annoying having it crash. :S

Just so you know - I have the same issue on my Motorola Xoom, either when running the TeamEOS AOSP version, or running the Motorola 4.0.3 test release. So this looks like an issue with ICS itself, and isn't specific to any ROM.

Hey Kejar,

With 240 DPI, the soft key buttons are off center. If you add in the menu or search button, it'll be squished within that same area.

Is there a simple solution for 240DPI users by any chance?

Nice! Going to flash this now and let you know how it goes.

    Two questions:
    1. Does the kernel include TUN/TAP support? i.e.: OpenVPN?
    2. Does Google Wallet work?

    ---EDIT---

    Thanks kejar31!
    1. Checked source code - confirmed to be selected in the .config, and 'ls /dev/tun*' shows a device. OpenVPN confirmed!
    2. Google wallet included in GApps package. Tested as working (with US market id of course)!

Here are my UV/OC settings -- each frequency has been stress tested for 5 minutes using stock GummyNex 0.3.0 without any modifications except SetCPU. Mileage will vary - bump up voltage 5-10mV after each crash.

On Boot: Min 700, Max 1350, interactive
On ScreenOff: Min 350, Max 350, interactive
On Call: Min 350, Max 920, interactive
    <15% Battery: Min 350, Max 1200, interactive

    1350MHz: 1255mV
    1200MHz: 1130mV
    920MHz: 1005mV
    700MHz: 930mV
    350MHz: 805mV

    P.S.: GTA3 works!
