There are tools and instructions for automatically and manually extracting the radio in my radio-thread

For bootloader, there is a bootloader-collection thread on XDA somewhere. I'm sure it's covered there.

bootloader is easy. just download the OTA zip and take bootloader.img and flash it. no tricks necessary to get it.
