You can't remove fragments. It is a part of the SDK and would break every app that uses it.

I tought they removed it from the OS UI not from the API.

A 16gb tablet is not that bad, however the needs to be system function to remove app folders and any downloaded assets when uninstalling thier app. Of coarse this feature would have you allow the removal of the additional files or leave them thier

Uhm no that isn't even possible. Because the screen is only 7in, most apps using fragments will most likely display the same as they do on phones except in landscape mode.

Once I saw this tablet had GPS onboard, this will be great. I can mount it in my car, and use it as a stand-alone GPS unit, and play my music through the car speakers. It will make my car seem like a much more high end vehicle. I just hope it connects without issue to Ford's SYNC system.

Yes, it is a universal app (phone and tablet). In landscape mode on a 10in tablet you will see more "tiles" than on the Nexus 7.
