Using HumberOS CM 10.1 ROM I am finally pleased with my battery. and I don't think this ROM available on XDA but can be found on goo.im/dev/HumberOS

* Best Screen On time: over 5 hours
* Brightness setting: AUTO
* Battery Size: stock
* Radios On: mobile data all the time Edge 2, data sync always.
* ROM: CM 10.1 HumberOS build
* Android Version: 4.2.1
* Kernel: 3.0.31 HumberOS kernel.
* Network: GSM
* All color and gamma set to default.
* No CPU or GPU over clocking.
