It would be great for people to share their home screen setups, I'm interested to see what is possible with ICS

Unfortunately I can't attach my screenshot as I can't post external links yet.

You can take a screenshot within ICS by pressing the volume down button and power button at the same time.

Clock is Minimalistic Text (easily the best app for customising your screen) the weather is fancy widgets, i found some skins online for it im still trying to settle on one.

I am going to root at some point and I hope to god someone figures away remove that google search bar, what a pain in the arse that is....

I'm still not decided about the Google search bar, so far I can ignore it but it does mean if you are going for a minimalist look , you can't

It's not actually a widget it's a live wallpaper called "wp clock" that has the ability to have a custom background added.
