Lmk I been running all night smooth and everything I don't even know why its alpha. Only two problems I see are wifi direct and white on white in the play store when searching

ok, fourth time trying to boot up.
1. it didnt even boot
2. boot up, but ui ssystem force closes
3. ui system, and com.android.phone
4. same as before, file manager, and it keeps restarting. really frustrating.
anyone have an idea whats wrong with it.. ive wipe everything, twice ..

Great ROM - small issue with Themes
I really like the ROM - MIUI has been a favorite of mine for quite a while - and I was excited to see you had started an MIUI rom for the Nexus.
No problems booting - all is good- only issue I had really was related to THEMES.
I downloaded several themes that I am pretty sure were designed for MIUI V4- Even one that was created in Early April - (at least that was the date listed)
When I try to change themes - most everything changes fine - EXCEPT Status Bar - (which includes the Notification windows) and Dialer
What was really strange about it was that when I tried to change Status Bar, Dialer and maybe one other thing -- I could not even see any themes I could use to select other options - none were listed and none came up in a 'search' like it does when you try to change virtually anything else in themes.
On all of the other Theming 'choices' when you are in "mix it" section of themes - you see all of the avaialble MIUI themes which yoiu can choose from - the only theme I saw when I tried to change status bar - was the original theme that came with the ROM. I know that with MIUI on other phones, Themes have been issue (from what I read in XDA threads) because file names are different in V4 than previous versions - but I was downloading V4 versions of themes - and even more - I could not even try to change Status Bar - there were not any avaialble options to even try - which is the part that seems broken to me...??
I am not complaining and I don't expect your MIUI Rom to be perfect - it's the first release of MIUI for Sprint Nexus and I can imagine that this is not easy stuff - I am just hoping that we will see this issue fixed some day....
Is this an Upstream issue or just something that you haven't had time to deal with yet? Theming and modifying all aspects of MIUI is what appeals the most to me about MIUI - so I am hoping a fix is coming ??

heheh, i downloaded it, ran rom manager because i was using other recovery. everything went ok. some problems. theme manager runs themes but doesnt apply them. wifi doesnt work. 3g doesnt work either. flashed twice, im goin back to stock and give it a shop next build. nice work, keepit up.
Ur the only one so yeah. For one ur using rom manager using actual recovery cwm, twrp either or and I know it for sure works bc I'm on wifi right now so its user error something u did so yeah retry bc its not the rom. U using rom manager doesn't wipe **** so that's why u have problems

If u need to run a log from your phone if you think something is wrong do this and post the file so I can look over and try to get the problem corrected.
In Terminal Emulator, just do

logcat -d > /sdcard/whatever.txt

Adb on computer CMD for log is

adb logcat>logcat.txt
---------
Let it run for 10-20 seconds and press control C and it will save your log
Hope this can help when trying to figure out problems to help me make this a better ROM for you guys a gals
