Is there a way to turn off the voice when you open/close a folder? Or am I missing it?

can you explain a little what you you mean?

Tried different browsers, different UA strings, still can not get a successful download. Is there a working download link?

I will investigate the mobile browser issue but meanwhile you could switch to desktop view and see if download works.
As far as the voice issue goes I would manually uninstall talkback and or svoice, reinstall add-on via recovery. That's all I can think of right now if it's not a setting issue? Did you check that?

Please let me know if flashing helps, because so far I haven't come across the error on my maguro galaxy nexus. But my un-educated guess would be that something went wrong because of titanium backup.

Do you have the app light flow installed? Because I think that's the problem!
