So, several builds later, my data is still in and out - and requires a reboot to restore. This never got fixed? I'm on the latest.

Unfortunately not. However you're running anyway a very old build.

My Google chrome icon will not stay in the launcher. When placed in the launch bar it disappears after a short amount of time. Only this ROM I have had problems with
