I was under impression it was. However I have now used a cable I know is e-marked and it stil doesn't work. Sorry. You are wellcome to try it yourself.

Ive tested the cable that ships with the phone and its not a standard USB-IF certified e maker cable.

What am I welcomed to try? I don’t own this product.
