Hi! I have Installed the 5.1.1 on my rooted device, unfortunately already Knox 0x1 from previous root, but who cares.
The device runs faster, the UI is more modern.
Just waiting for the root.

Yes Root . where is developer ..very quiet in note 10.1 2014 forum

Using SamFirm i searched for Model: sm-p605 and Region:NEE and i get a file named :SM-P605_1_20150923210026_eoq67mxqpj.zip.enc4
Version605XXU1EOI5/P605OXAEOI5/P605XXU1EOI5/P605XXU1EOI5
Is that correct? I ask because i see that on live.samsung-updates.com build date is 19-09, while that file says 20150923

root και ξανά root (είναι ο μόνος λόγος που δεν έχω κάνει αναβαθμίσει και είμαι με ported rom 5.0.2)
ούτε αυτό με rom από την περιοχή ισχύει...μου έφτιαξαν συσκευές με rom άλλης χώρας ..(η μία ήταν και root)

ελληνικό φόρουμ έγινε . για την Root συσκευή δεν φταίω εγώ , ο αδερφός μου την πήγε...δεν ήξερε (του αλλάξανε την θήρα usb)

Not yet falsh. I await confirmation that the ExtSDCard both R / W

Gave it a shot and it worked.

However, you still can't write to the external sd-card , which ist absolutely stupid.

Keep calm. Lollipop allows writing of sd.

I have the Verizon version SM-605v. I'm assuming that's why?
Do I have to wait till Verizon updates? Is there anyway I can get rid of this 'V'? Or just get rid of the Verizon period and make it a 605?
I would really appreciate some help.

Root is not possible for now.


I downloaded the update via samfirm, i decripted the file and i obtained a zip containing a tar.md5 file and a dll file.
I know that i have do flash the tar.md5 with odin putting it into the "ap" text area, but what do i have to do with the dll?

The root did work. I meant that I am unable to install the firmware. It says failed. I'm wondering if this is because it's Verizon(SM-605v) and if there is a way around it. Or if I can remove the verizon from the tablet completely.

Sd card is writable, but application must request permission, ie application must be compatible with the Lollipop security features.

Hello! ... What happenz when flashing SuperSU v2.49 Beta with TWRP? (TWRP works!) ... Has anybody tested it? - Same as with Note4: reboots? - Are modifications of the SE-Linux kernel not from Samsung, instead of Google - and has Samsung made the same modifications to the P605 kernel, as with the Note 4 kernel? ... Who has tried it?
