zeconha, look at http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/database/SM-P600/ for Galaxy Note 10.1 SM-P600 tablet stock ROMS. They don't list a stock ROM specific to Portugal, but you should have not problems with P600XXUDOJ3 (contém a lingua Portuguesa). You'll need Odin (v3.09 recommended - http://odindownload.com/Samsung-Odin/#.Vm3AglE1I-Q) and latest Samsung Mobile USB drivers (http://developer.samsung.com/technical-doc/view.do?v=T000000117).
1. Ensure that in Settings, Developer Options the USB Debugging option is turned on.
2. Install the USB drivers and test connection by connection tablet to computer using USB cable. Then disconnect tablet and turn it off.
3. Go to Download Mode - Hold POWER plus VOL- simultaneously and then VOL +
4. Unzip Odin to a folder, then copy the extracted stock ROM file to this folder (P600XXUDOJ3_P600OXADOJ3_HOME.tar.md5)
5. Open Odin and load the stock ROM referenced in step 4 to the AP section. Ensure default Auto-Reboot and F. Reset Time are checked.
6. Connect the tablet to computer using USB cable. The ID:COM should highlight the auto-assigned COM port. This is your confirmation of proper tablet connection to computer.
7. Click Start. It will take several minutes. Once done the tablet will reboot into Lollipop OS.
Loading the Stock ROM according to these instructions, should not delete data. As a precaution, in step 2 you could back all your data from the internal storage to your computer or to an external SD card.
Boa sorte,

I have resolved the boot loop problem by loading the stock ROM using Odin. Once flashed, TWRP recovery/root are lost.
Many are having the same problem. Using TWRP to recover from a saved image, flashing the patched boot img and SuperSu does not solve the problem (read my other recent post). It seems this is related to the patched boot img file. Hopefully some developer will figure out what is wrong and provide some information on how to resolve this root problem.

The UBUCNH2 code is not for a P600, it is for the P601 (3G version). The Sammobile stock ROM for Panama (P601UBUDPA1) should work fine.
Humm...maybe you should post a link for your patched boot image and share with everyone??
