Was it sealed when your Note 10 5G arrived ? if sealed your screwed you need to fly over to Korea and make a 5+ min call with one of there local network..
if you can't do that ? You can kiss phone capabilities good bye! You can only use Wi-Fi as you will have no network calls/data..
Samsung have done this to protect there monopoly on the market it's kind of region lock..
