Hello xda,
I am trying to root my phone with CF-Auto-Root. I follow the intructions fully. The problem i am having is that it does not reboot itself into recovery mode. It just restarts itself without actually installing the root. I did what you said, unchecked the auto-reboot box and after flashing pulled out the battery. However when i pull out the battery the phone does not close. Instead it uses usb as the power source. To be able to close the phone and restart it in recovery mode i have to unplug the usb. When i do that odin says "Removed" and I think it stops its process. Also i can not go into recovery mode right after flashing. If I let it reboot itself then try to go into recovery mode after shutting it down, i can, but right after flashing i can't. I couldn't solve it. Any help is much appreciated.

The battery pull is required if you are flashing TWRP with Odin, not when using cfautoroot.
