multiply roms no sim being recognised and no wifi or network

samsung galaxy note II gt-n7100.... rooted.... twrp recovery....
problem as per title tried 4/5 different roms..... no joy.......... flashed my backup and all off the above are working..... rooted again with twrp and I have took a back up of my EFS file with EFS_Backup_restore_AromaV2 and ready to try again any pointers would be appreciated.
