I have a total bonehead question.
Is screen shot option in this build?

Also will lean kernel work on this rom or do you recommend the build in kernel?

Stock kernel is perfect for me and better than others. Very smooth and battery friendly.

@Lord Eko would it be possible to have wake up option in app ops like in temasek's rom?
With that permission you can really minimize wakelocks almost to absolute zero.
Thanks

I tried to install these layers but none of them didn't get applied although they were successfully installed?

Here's those layers https://www.androidfilehost.com/?w=files&flid=25169

This was with latest 26.1 build

Snowed In here in New York, tried out 1/26 build
I tried a dirty flash, Wiped cache and dalvik and attempted to install tried twice actually. The installation script seems to be unable to locate the system partition on my device as such it is left empty and obviously as a result the boot fails, odd as the 1/22 has no issues. Comparing the 2 files, I see no reason why 1/26 is encountering issues. I'm on TWRP 2.8.4.

My problem is that in order to actually boot I need to perform a recovery and that wipes the log file. Hence manually copying what happens from the TWRP console screen, as to log is over written by recovery.

Console

After this system contained only a directory bin.

Next I tried manually mounting /system and then installing the zip again. Same result, the zip file appears to un-mount /system before installing the zip, which is fair.

Lastly I tried the 1/22 build.

Again manually copying the log, from the screen by hand, so please excuse an simple typos:
Installing '/external_sd/ROM/CM12/LS-LP-v4.0-2015-01-22-liquid_hlte.zip'...

So this worked, also takes about 4 times longer as I think it is actually copying files. I conclude the issue is with the 1/26 build and its ability to discover the /system partition properly, but I can not say why this is with 1/22 build vs the 1/26 build.

Comparing the files I find the following differences:
Files LS-LP-v4.0-2015-01-22-liquid_hlte/boot.img and LS-LP-v4.0-2015-01-26-liquid_hlte/boot.img differ
Files LS-LP-v4.0-2015-01-22-liquid_hlte/META-INF/CERT.RSA and LS-LP-v4.0-2015-01-26-liquid_hlte/META-INF/CERT.RSA differ
Files LS-LP-v4.0-2015-01-22-liquid_hlte/META-INF/CERT.SF and LS-LP-v4.0-2015-01-26-liquid_hlte/META-INF/CERT.SF differ
Files LS-LP-v4.0-2015-01-22-liquid_hlte/META-INF/com/android/metadata and LS-LP-v4.0-2015-01-26-liquid_hlte/META-INF/com/android/metadata differ
Files LS-LP-v4.0-2015-01-22-liquid_hlte/META-INF/com/google/android/update-binary and LS-LP-v4.0-2015-01-26-liquid_hlte/META-INF/com/google/android/update-binary differ
Files LS-LP-v4.0-2015-01-22-liquid_hlte/META-INF/MANIFEST.MF and LS-LP-v4.0-2015-01-26-liquid_hlte/META-INF/MANIFEST.MF differ
Files LS-LP-v4.0-2015-01-22-liquid_hlte/system.new.dat and LS-LP-v4.0-2015-01-26-liquid_hlte/system.new.dat differ
Files LS-LP-v4.0-2015-01-22-liquid_hlte/system.transfer.list and LS-LP-v4.0-2015-01-26-liquid_hlte/system.transfer.list differ

Excluding those that make sense, at a glace:
Files LS-LP-v4.0-2015-01-22-liquid_hlte/META-INF/com/android/metadata and LS-LP-v4.0-2015-01-26-liquid_hlte/META-INF/com/android/metadata differ
Files LS-LP-v4.0-2015-01-22-liquid_hlte/META-INF/com/google/android/update-binary and LS-LP-v4.0-2015-01-26-liquid_hlte/META-INF/com/google/android/update-binary differ
Files LS-LP-v4.0-2015-01-22-liquid_hlte/META-INF/MANIFEST.MF and LS-LP-v4.0-2015-01-26-liquid_hlte/META-INF/MANIFEST.MF differ

Comparing the remainder:
Files LS-LP-v4.0-2015-01-22-liquid_hlte/META-INF/com/android/metadata and LS-LP-v4.0-2015-01-26-liquid_hlte/META-INF/com/android/metadata differ
Time stamps
Files LS-LP-v4.0-2015-01-22-liquid_hlte/META-INF/com/google/android/update-binary and LS-LP-v4.0-2015-01-26-liquid_hlte/META-INF/com/google/android/update-binary differ
Binary File
Files LS-LP-v4.0-2015-01-22-liquid_hlte/META-INF/MANIFEST.MF and LS-LP-v4.0-2015-01-26-liquid_hlte/META-INF/MANIFEST.MF differ
Hashes

So in the end I'm stumped as to what is the cause of the failures, as everything appears correct in the 1/26zip when compared to the 1/22 zip. I wanted to extract system.new.dat, but reading online this is not straight forward or simple, so all I'm left with was providing what feedback I can. Sorry I can not provide more information.

Thanks,
ERIC

FYI: Also a nice trick to reboot to recovery is to use goomanager which has an option "reboot Recovery" saves a step, I like being lazy when possible.

Found a cool piece of software that lets you decode dat files, not really relevant here, but helpful if you want to peak inside:
