I can not imagine how can brick phone at this moment. Only if ur electricity down, phone can change to tablet for kids use good drivers, usb debug on, use usb from ur motherboard (never use front usb, hubs and anything like that), turn off antyvir temporary, use only trusted (checked by others hehe) files and u will never brick ur might note^^
U do not need backup pit if u have it from others. Post 616 have pit from 4.4.2.
If u have that already, then not need to root phone and do. Just download my if something wrong.

I had flashed like wrote on instructions flashing everything with Odin, but I have no clue why is not working. I flashed this rom on the same way also on my girlfriend's note 3 and she have not bugs at all. Any clue what I could doing wrong during flashing?

Use odin 3.09 if I good remember. Uninstall ur drivers and install fresh again on pc. Turn off antyvir temporary. Use usb from back of the tower (from motherboard). All of this can solve ur problem.
