Need help for my samsumg galaxy note 3

Hi guys. I'm having this problem with my note 3
When my phone goes into standby mode, it either can't be turn back on or the phone restarts itself. I had to force restart by holding on to the power button for a minute till it reset itself. This problem started a few days back and it is getting more and more frequent.
Please advice.

Try factory reset first. If it persists, flash stock with odin/kies.

It restart at an irregular timing...

Since it is so irregular, it could still be a failing power button. I would start by wiping and re-flashing the latest stock ROM with a minimum number of apps to help eliminate any software issues.

Since the problem persists on a stock rom, it sounds like a hardware problem. If you have a multimeter, you could run a test on the power button contact points.
