Well you say you have to wait sometimes.
GTN7000 is almost a decade old at this point.
Of course it's going to be slow... It sounds like you installed too much software. I have roughly 10 apps installed additionally to the built-in stuff of the ROM and it works.
I originally meant turning off AudioFX (as in "to disable audio effects"). If you uninstalled it by force, reflash the ROM, disabling and/or removing apps in /system will always lead to problems in the long run. It was viable back in the day, but not in Nougat anymore.
EDIT: I suggest doing so as AudioFX has made problems on all of my devices so far. The one on my Find7 with LineageOS 16 still has the same bugs as the one included in exactly this ROM here. Same on my S4. And phones transmit audio, no? /EDIT
If your lineageos phone is slow, give privacy guard a try. And about the crashes: I don't know, man. Maybe your hardware is faulty? Wouldn't be that big of a surprise with such an old device.
And the webview is more or less mandatory with a ROM that is not being updated anymore. I can't seem to find the original article, but look here, this article explains it again: https://www.xda-developers.com/late...ed-renderer-process-and-in-app-safe-browsing/
Hope I could help you a little bit in some way.
EDIT2: Have you tried what I posted here already?

Android WebView is a system component for Android allows Android apps to display content from the web directly inside an application.
Starting with Android Lollipop, Google decided to distribute WebView as an independent APK updated from the Play Store every six weeks. The goal is to deliver critical fixes to the users quickly, as the service had seen some serious security conundrums. The newest version of the app brings a couple of important security enhancements as well.

I also activated go mode by adding
at the end of /system/build.prop (using "$ adb shell" etc.) and experience greatly improved performance. There seem to be very minor UI glitches in the notification area and the battery indicator (it has to be selected circular battery icon in the status bar, other battery icon themes don't show up), but I don't mind them for a faster response time. They are solely of graphical nature and don't affect function.Code:ro.config.low_ram=true
I figured some people might benefit from this information, so I'm posting it.
Great ROM, thanks!
