I just restarted the device and the touch came back.

1)Power off your device.

3)Release all buttons when the Samsung I9070 Galaxy S Advance screen flickers and in a few seconds the Recovery screen will appear.

Choose ARM > 5.1

Choose ARM > 5.1,here which one need to select nano or pico or full or mini?

I need to select one by one to format or select multiple and do it as one shot?

@karthimnc The number of google apps differ in nano, pico and others.
If you want only the play store and its related framework apps, then go for the tiniest package - pico!
If you want some more google apps, then go for other packages, it's upto you!

As of wiping is considered, select "data","system","cache" and "dalvik cache" and wipe them in one shot, then flash CM11 zip.
After that's done, flash CM12.1 followed by GAPPS

@donidabest If you're unable to boot into recovery and download mode, then unfortunately, there's pretty much nothing you can do now.
Those 2 modes are the basic requirement to come out of any situation, but in your case, since you're not able to access both of them, it should definitely be an hard bricked state.
