can't install .apk on MDRC S6 - HTC M9 5.0.2 PORT V3.0

i have MDRC S6 - HTC M9 5.0.2 PORT V3.0 [10.08.2015] ( Fast - Stable - Smooth )
when i try to install bug fix .apk it says app not installes
developer has given following instruction
Download S5 dialer and contacts apk
paste system/priv-app SecContacts_Phone_OSup and set correct permissions apk files (rwrr)

i have no idea how to do that
please help
