Why is bootloop when I flash TWRP in S9?

I flash TWRP to S9 success, but the system is bootloop.
I try to install Magisk. but It's also bootloop.
I think the reason is the boot section. How can I fix it.
I can backup and recover the boot.img，I can change and repack the boot.img.
But I don't know where position to modify.
I read magisk script, change the position in the script, but it is not useful.
Who know how to fix the boot.img?
