Does the i9100 detect the battery as 200mAH battery? I mean once installed, do the various battery apps or the Kernel Auditor app show the battery amperage correctly as 2000mah?
I got a double battery from a chinese website, openned it up, found there are two batteries attached in parallel, Digital multimeter reads the current as 16Ampers (16,000 mah) but the Kernel Auditor App and the various android battery optimization apps detect the battery as 1650mah. So I am kind of confused.
Also, I find that battery takes more time (and delivers more life, calltime and stand by time) when charged by turning the i9100 completely off and then attaching to charger. It appears as if the when the i9100 is tunred on, it detects the battery as 1650mah and charges pretty sooner compared to when it is turned off.
I have also tried various custom firmwares in hopes that they will detect the actual battery amperage (or current rating) of this double battery. Do i need to install a new battery driver or something (if something like that at all exists)?. Appreciate the advice & suggestions.
