Hyper gov is a mutated ondemand.
it's not done yet...

it's the fastest i have, but it's needs to be tuned as sport car
so i will keep modding it and add more stuff to it..

but it's a hotplug gov = can operate 2 cpu cores, shut the second and boost performance in case of need.

it's can reduce freq in deep sleep to 200mhz but i think it's not so good for battery saving.

so it's added only to performance profile.
any one can use it.

as i add new stuff to it, i will add more info about it.

BTW:

i am at CISCO ISE curse now, and will be all week, so i cant work all day on kernel.
but i will at home after 21:00 when my doter in bed

No idea,

i have flashed kernel 15 times, till i fixed all development bugs,
nothing was wrong.

my kernel fix DATA partition errors, and in case you have lots of them, it's may delete some damaged files.
so you will have to restore some stuff..

but it's better than having errors in partition that never get fixed and only grow more and more, till you just cant boot any more and strange bugs start, when others dont have them..

so just reinstall your rom in case of bootloops, and install kernel again on clean partition.

this kernel not like others... no one will fix your partition. i do.

2.5 days with Data enabled 24/7 is pretty good imo.
How did you do that?
