This is a WIP costom rom. Lysergic Acid is not resposoble for any damage done to your device. You are doing that for you own risk. And this is not a 4.0.4 stock
based rom. I dont think you can brick SII installig CM 13 (obviosly when u install a damaged file you can do that).
@lysegic Acid
Keep up good work. I hope U can make it stable one day.

CyanogenMod 13

CyanogenMod is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. CyanogenMod does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.

All the source code for CyanogenMod is available in the CyanogenMod Github Repo.

Code:
#include
/*
 * Your warranty is now void.
 *
 * I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards,
 * thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please
 * do some research if you have any concerns about features included in this ROM
 * before flashing it! YOU are choosing to make these modifications, and if
 * you point the finger at me for messing up your device, I will laugh at you.
 *
 * Submitting bug reports on unofficial builds is the leading
 * cause of male impotence.
 */
IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS
- What's working: Nothing
- What's not working: Everything
- CyanogenMod 13 is not even buildable at the moment, so this is very very early, I disabled lots of stuff to workaround building errors.
- TWRPfied kernel, so no problem to get back to previous Android versions

Installation Instructions
- If you need instructions this is not for you. Data Wipe required to boot if coming from 5.1.1 or less.

Mine is old boy ;D
The process will take time and we can wait. If LA is successful we will see many M ROMs for our device build by others.
Long live i9100!

P.S. Tested it but system doesn't even boot right now

Hi, thanks for the great job @Lysergic Acid .

The same, no boot, just bootanimation, flashed with TWRP or CWM compatible recovery with full wipe/data factory reset too.

Really it didn't boot for you guys? Strangely here on my phone it booted, even could use WiFi, it's just like lolli with some color theme (obviously not in technical matters, but I don't know about that)
