Yeah, I am happy too, it must have been a problem with 2.8 or 2.9, or it maybe got solved after so many cache deletions

Ahahahahhahah may be cause with the old 2.7 (now jumped directly to 3.0) i had no problem with cf-bench

Siyah 3.2.1 caused my cf bench to drop drastically... 3.2 is much better in term of performance.

the rotate setting is a bit buggy on my device as it stops responding several time and when i tilt my phone the screen doesnt follow.

when i try to flash Siyah, i get the error, zImage not found.

Any comment on the battery usage with abyss 3.0??

I notice an improvement in battery usage with Siyah 3.2.

But Abyss 3.0F is undeniably faster... and i am a speed junkie, but at times, battery life plays an important role, especially if i'm out fishing in the sea for 2D1N or so...

Anyone help, my fishing trip is tomorrow morning...

Are you sure your settings haven't simply returned to default?
Try booting into recovery and checking under kernel specific settings.
Select Performance and then reboot.

It's faster because of the numbers on your benchmark? You should just use your phone and see if you have lags. siyah is blazing fast and never has a stutter or something do you really beg about some points then? There are lots of tweaks to get higher benchmarkscores but they result in worse performance in real time usage most of the time so you shouldn't take to much worth in benchmarkscores.

You are right but there are people who have better experiences with Abyss compared to Siyah for example me.

I had strange lock-ups and restarts with Siyah unfortunately.

Tests are for fun thats true 'cause the real point mustn't be just the higher score but the experience.

Apart from that I am more satisfied with Abyss. I use Voice Alerts which speaks in the background and even when the phone is asleep. With Siyah I had to raise min freq to 200 to get it speaking without faltering. Abyss works well on min freq 50.
