You should repartition the phone in odin or install a different recovery and see of the problem persists

I did this:

1) Open the odin. In the pit tab on the left side, select the file "I9100_1.5GB-System_6GB-Data_512MB-Preload_by-the.gangster.pit"
2) Locate TWRP 2.8.7 by clicking the AP button;
3) Click start. When finished, your smartphone will reboot and enter TWRP.

Did you encrypt your device? Otherwise, format all, especially the data, except the SDCard.
Then delete the Android and LOST.DIR folders on the sdcard by navigating through the TWRP file manager. Restart.
Perform the process again by installing TRIM + TWRP 3.1.0. Restart in System> Recovery.
If you have encrypted, I think you will have to install the stock ROM with the indicated pit and do the process again.
Back Up First.

I left it for 2 whole hours to boot, and still the same
Are you sure you did the steps mentioned correctly? Are you using TWRP 3.1.0? Because I am using this ROM as a daily use and I had no problems. Before I publish I always take the test.
Do the Stock ROM installation again (download here) and install with Odin (the same version mentioned).
Follow the instructions and Don't skip Steps:
1. Full wipe
2. After downloading the stock, extract the. zip
3. Enter the download mode (volume -, home and Power buttons at the same time), confirm to enter and connect the Device.
4. In the Odin pit tab, choose the file "I9100_1.5GB-System_6GB-Data_512MB-Preload_by-the.gangster.pit"
5. The AP button, choose the tar. md5 file and start the process
6. When you're done, wait for the system to Start. If you stay in bootloop, clear the Dalvik/cache by entering recovery mode and restart
7. If the system accuses that the partition is unformated, do the process.
8. Turn off the device and enter download mode again.
9. Connect the device and install the TWRP 2.8.7 via Odin by locating the file on the AP Button. When finished, your smartphone will reboot and enter TWRP.
10. Full wipe again and install TRIM + TWRP 3.1.0
11. Restart the recovery and install the latest version of the ROM.

I've done the process above more than 60 times and never went wrong.

If you can't make it anyway, try another ROM.

This may help too:

1) Flash PhilZ-cwm6-XWMS3-FOP-5.15.9-signed.zip. Reboot recovery
2) Flash philz_touch_6.48.4-i9100.zip. Reboot recovery. Format /cache & format /system
3) Flash kernel-Lanchon-TRIM-IsoRec-20160228-cm-13.0-i9100.zip
4) Flash recovery recovery-the.gangster-IsoRec-TWRP-3.1.0-0-i9100.zip. Reboot recovery.
5) Plug phone to charger. Flash lanchon-repit-20170115-system=1G-data=same-sdcard=max-preload=min+wipe-i9100.zip. There is an error, files have been copied to tmp folder. Go back to Install -> Select Storage -> Internal Storage. Now tap on: (Up A Level), scroll down and enter the tmp folder, tap lanchon-repit-20170115-system=1G-data=same-sdcard=max-preload=min+wipe-i9100.zip
6) Advanced wipe, select Dalvik, Cache, System, Data, Internal Storage.
7) Install the latest version of the ROM.

Hello. I find the best ROM for my Galaxy s2 (4 years ago i install Cyenogen 12, then updated to LineogeOS 14.1 (without clear install), and now performance is very bad and slow (I installed the last night builds (OTA). but it got worse)). Initially, i wanted to install the LineogeOS 15.1, but then I saw your roms, and I do not understand what the difference is between them all :)
LineogeOS 15.1 - it is clear android with mne changes and twiks from LineogeOS
PixelExperience - it is clear android with Apps and many UI changes to be like to Google Pixel
dotOS - it is clear android
All is right?
What is have maximum perfrormance and good for battery - dotOS?
Sorry for stupid question, but, thank you!

The differences are:
dotOS: It is based on the AOSP 8.1 with the visual of the Android P and customizations similar to the Resurrection Remix (has even more) and optimum performance that too keeping in mind the balance between performance and battery life.
Pixel Experience: AOSP based ROM, with Google apps included and all Pixel goodies.
What decides the choice is your personal taste.

    Frequent questions

I do not use GAPPS! How can I remove?
    R: Unfortunately not. Sorry.

    What are the bugs?
R: See Known issues in OP.

    How do I get root?
R: Download SuperSU Flashable and install via TWRP. After this, update the application by the Google Play :)

    I found a bug!
Make a logcat and put it in pastebin/hastebin. I'll look when I can :)
You will need a computer, adb installed, usb debugging enabled on the smartphone and a usb cable.
Here's how to do it here.

    1. Open Command Prompt (Windows) or Terminal (Linux/macOS).
    2. Type:
    Code:
    adb logcat -d > logcat-dd-mm-yyyy.txt
This will save the log to logcat-dd-mm-yyyy.txt.

    No nonsense questions, please!
Avoid meaningless discussions and help you and the user have useful information on the thread :good:

Dan, when I connect the phone to the PC, I can not access the files because there is no information to authorize the procedure in the notification! Please take a look when you can.
Calm down, Padawan! This is not a bug but google stuff. They have placed the authorization option on development tools. Everyone is trying to understand why this

Do this when you want to have access to them:
Go to System -> developer option -> USB and activate MTP manually.

What will be the frequency of compilations?
Monthly or every two months . I plan to spend $12 per month for the projects.
Praying for the low dollar quote on the Google Cloud Engine :fingers-crossed::good:
