Friends is there an option to block a call/sms ? I couldn't find that option
BTW latest version is very smooth and battery life is decent..... Kudos to @warrior1208

In older times with siyah and stweaks, (I don't know with others like dorimanx cos I never used, you can set normal charging 450mA or fast charging 700 or 750mA, and individually for USB charging (charge and data connection) , and for only charging ( just charge without data connection).
Maybe your issue is related to this....

Well are you charging with AC or USB? We don't have fast charge so you can use a battery calibration app to calibrate it or reset fuel gauge. Search a bit you can find how to do both

I use AC charger.. Ok and if I reset battery stats? I could solve my problem?

I think this will not solve the issue...
The charging current is controlled by the charging ic of the phone.
In older kernels, as I wrote before, you could set up this current, and I do not know what actual kernels do.... maybe they do it automatically or not....
For sure stock rom is prepared to identify this.

Then if I find a Kernel with a "AC controller" I can solve my problem?

Unfortunately all the kernels that worked with our s2 has not been updated so you won't find any

OK.. I have to install and use stock 4.1.2 ROM or custom stock rom...

Well if you want fast charge you can go back to KitKat 4.4.4 slimsaber and use dorimanx kernel
