So... Now I am going to release my new ROM. It's nearly the Samsung original firmware (XXLPQ, Android 4.0.3).
The ROM is just the "Base", you can choose which AddOns you want!

1.) Features

• Deodexed and zipaligned
• rooted (Kernel: CF-Root v5.3 (made by Chainfire))
• new boot Logo
  
  
• Google Keyboard installed
• Trebuchet Launcher preinstalled (deleted TWLauncher, was buggy a bit anyway ). If you want Nova Launcher, just download via market
• Deleted Apps, like the Hubs (mentioned later which ones)

2.) Notice

Flashing may brick your phone. Be sure that you know what to do, because you're doing this on your own risk.
This ROM is a WIPE Rom, it will delete user data, system apps and dalvik cache.
Be sure you backupped everything with "MyBackup" or "Titanium Backup" (...)
I tried to go from CrodoROM 4.0.31 to 4.0.32 => the only thing i got was an "uploading kernel panic mode". So it's better if you don't try that yourself...

5.) Installation

1.) Download and put the CrodoROM_v4.0.32.zip onto your internal SD card,
1.1.) [optional] Flash XXLPQ (4.0.3) with Odin + flash a Kernel with CWM (CF-Root e.g.) - (please do this if you're not on 4.0.3 to avoid problems)[i am recommending to do this, as I expected unknown errors when i tried to come from XXLPH]
2.) Reboot into Recovery and flash the CrodoROM_v4.0.32.zip
3.) go back and reboot the System.
4.) Boot may take a while because it is the first boot. after that you're done. enjoy your new ROM!
4.1) boot into CWM and install AddOns like 15 Toggle Mod (i recommend to do this step after first boot)
x.) any Updates: just put them on your SD and flash them via CWM.

There are fixes to stop the screen going black after calls and to allow downloading from market. Im guessing it doesnt have the second one as i cant download from market.

Yes install apps, it is stuck updating google plus lol.

Edit: scratch that, cleared market data and now working. False alarm .

which one do you exactly mean? it can be that samsung uses for ICS the same icons like for GB, every apk in there is from ICS, so blame samsung for that

Btw i cant change the lockscreen wallpaper because of a FC of the 'twwallpaperchoser'... Gotta have a look on that. Anyone noticing the same error?

i looked at it now, it's not the apk itself. i didnt delete it. the error is coming from somewhere else. i'll search it

found the error... the twwallpaperchoser uses the gallery from samsung to change that. so i'll make an update package with:
deleting google gallery, adding samsung gallery
and
only adding samsung gallery
so if people want to have both galleries they can just use the second update package... will make it in the next few hours.

thanks currently i am learning for an exam... but maybe i find the time to include the 14 toggle mod... i mean the one with flashlight etc in the toggle menu when i 've done that it'll be great... and to everyone: please give some feedback, what you like, what you don't like, what you'd change etc... thx

i ment some apps like settings,camera,my files..i say it just because in other roms is like ics,but ok sorry its only a matter of taste!!!

Thanks for the gallery update zip, went for the delete and replace one, now works perfectly. Using this as my daily ROM now as it seems rock stable, fantastic work!
