I can do it when I am 2.3.6 but I can't in 4.1.2...

Is there any other method or settings I needed?

Are you on a custom ROM or on the official leaked 4.1.2?
You could try volume down + power button.

yes. I am flash a custom rom called omega 16.2 with 4.1.2
I ve try your mathod but seems doesn't work

Thanks, I try sometimes and I got the trick of pressing those two buttons.
