Hello friends,

I have installed 2 apps from market. Root explorer(file manager) & Tapatalk forum app. I have purchased both of them. I got notification for updation for both app but when i tried to update I got 403 error. So I uninstalled them and again tried to install but every time same 403 error comes. "app could not be downloaded due to an error (403)" I m getting this message. If someone is having any way to solve this problem then let be kind enough to explain me.

Thanks

Wiping cache wont work. Closing the app wont work. You need to remove the google account from settings>account and sync. Then just open google play and it will ask you to login. Just login and you wont face the error ever again.

Tried to remove the account. It is saying that account is used by some app and cant be removed. I have to do factory reset to remove account. I dont want to do that. Any other way?
One more thing I want to ask. When I tried to remove account it also say that removing account will remove all contacts, messages and other data from phone. Is it true?
