ok after I wrote the title I read the similar theards but I still haven't everything really clear
as you can see my memory is quite full and the mobile is giving me a lot of problems
In the beggining I thought It was a virus that use my 940mb of memory and I wonted to root my phone
but after reading the other post I understand that is a kind of bug of android, am I correct?
is there any solution to the memory problem without rooting the phone?

and in case I would like to root it which is the best (and secure) way?

my 3rd option is complete a hard reset(that after two and a half years and almost thousand of apps installed and removed is quite a good idea) any advice, such as remember to do THIS?

thanks f
