Hi there. I install ICS (XXLPQ, CSC XOE) on my I9100, i root it and i dezinstall (with Titanium Backup) "TwDVFSApp 1.0”.
Primary Q: What does TwDVFSApp 1.0?

When i make a call, noice reduction (zigzag logo) does not appear.
Second Q: What can i make to activate (appear logo/icon) noice reduction when i make/ receive a call?
Thank's

meanwhile i reinstall (copy apk and odex file in System/app with Root Explorer)TwDVFSApp and TW Launcher 4.0.3 -XXLPQ, reboot the phone.
But that don't resolve noise reduction in calla ( dont appear that zigzag). I look in Application->All aplication, and TwDVFSApp 1.0 is runing ( i can force close/stop).
I think TwDVFSApp is not for noise reduction...
When i make wipe data i lose all my apps instaled via Google Play?
And i still ask: What does TwDVFSApp 1.0?
Thank's again.

I think "TwDVFSApp 1.0" has to do with Dynamic Voltage and Frequency Scaling.
Am I right?

it seems that this TwDVFS is monitoring a certain list of apps, like Browser, Mms, Launcher, Vlingo!?, and locking cpu and gpu frequencies on certain levels for them.
I, personally, don't like it, 'cause it's misbehaving with cpu governor's job, and I don't think it's right. Moreover, I don't use (don't have) most or even any of that apps, it's monitoring.

Deleted it.
