Does it bootloop with all cm14 ROMs?

i was running cm 13 getting nightlys i downloaded the nightly and pushed upgrade .went into a boot loop my twrp recovery is gone but cmw recovery shows instead and pc wont read phone but the sd card reads

I don't recommend an upgrade of CM14 over CM13.

Flash TWRP, use TWRP to wipe system, data, cache, flash CM14, gapps, reboot.

odin mode pn.sgh-t999 cust.bin.dlds yes 3 count current bin custum system status custum qual.secboot enabled odin or kies wont reconise my phone and i tred flashing twrp from sd card no go i do have cm recovery i cant get it to do any thing it will charge from pc thats it tho

Flash the TWRP img file from CWM or flash the tar version of TWRP with Odin.
