Unlock all Carriers on Samsung S3 verizon I535 running 4.4.2

I owe an S3 verizon i535 running 4.4.2 .
During rooting process it got hard bricked and i have to buy a new motherboard . In new motherboard it is Sim lock. Guide me to unlock all carriers . Thank you

I don't think it can be unlocked on 4.4.2

The VZW S3 is Sim unlocked right out of the box. I'm not sure why it's not working but it will work with almost any carrier
