What file format is your sdcard? Cm doesn't support extFat file system.

I've waited till I feel its good as a daily driver then naturally it just comes.....KANG!
Try unmount/mount sdcard.
If still problem then check your sdcard for its.integrity by mounting your sdcard to pc.
V2 runs nicely, one bug fixed: no more recents when press home button when lock-screen off.
Lets hope this get included in cm soon.
One bug still there: back button disabled in notification drawer.

I'm sorry to hear that. Cm rom itself doesn't affect sdcards. Its probably the recovery or your sdcard was dying already.

This is an UNOFFICIAL build of CM11 ( CyanogenMod 11 ) for i9300 and by NO means this is my ROM. I am just compiling from CM Source and 100% credits goes to TeamDouche, the device maintainers of i9300 Codeworkx/XpLoDWilD and all other coders who contributed to CyanogenMod.
This is similar to a nightly from CM but has some extra goodies baked in. If you can't handle some things possible being broken, please don't use this and then complain to me for building it.

1. Disable FAST DORMANCY if your telco doesn't support it. There is an app in Play Store called "FastDormancy Toggle" for i9300.
2. Disable location services in Settings. Enable on adhoc basis is recommended.
3. Check your Gtalk - Logout if not in use.
Those troubled with wifi wakelocks like "wlan_rx_wake" and/or "wlan_ctrl_wake", pls try the following:-
- use a static IP instead of DHCP
- Change wireless network encryption method, change wifi channel, instead of using auto baseband use only 2.4 or 5GHz baseband (Wi - Fi - advanced - Wi - Fi frequency band)
- turn off uPNP in router/AP
