You can try.
If your phone will not boot - just re-flash your de-odexed ROM.

Tip: Put the ROM to phone before re-odexing.

yes you can, but be care about the firmware version.


the deodexed files will run on odex firmwares, but no warranty for working odexed apps on deodex firmwares.

The best way, to install Jkay on custom ROM - integrate it before flashing.
It really simple. Just copy content of system-common & system-deodexed into system using WinRAR.

Odexed Jkay probably will not work on re-odexed ROM and you will get boot-loop.

Hi, at first i would say,please don't install any odexed packages after converting your rom with this script.

do all changes , mods, themes on deodex, then run this script.

and another most important thing , This script is tested on CWM recovery mode, i don't test it on another recovery platforms.

you can run it on any Rom if you have these conditions:

1- everything is deodexed
2- based on android 4.1.2 official samsung's firmwares.
3- you have CWM recovery mode.

1- change the kernel [ i recommended Siyah Kernel ]
2- change your recovery CWM mode [ CF-Root as always are most stable ]

** and you must have enough free space on system folder. [more than 50 mb]

I don't know if works with boeffla kernel, btw you can try with another kernel and after your success, flash your favor kernel.

It works with any kernel, but does not work with TWRP. If you like TWRP - use mobile odin to install.
